All orders, files, approvals, and changes must be confirmed by email:

Social media DMs and text messages are not accepted for changes or approvals.

Materials + Production Rules

  • No rush production

  • No bleed trimming

  • No customer-supplied paper/materials

  • We use trusted vendors for consistency and machine safety. We do not substitute materials to meet deadlines.

If materials are delayed or backordered, your timeline automatically extends until materials arrive.

Proofs, Approval & Production

All print orders require proof/test print approval.

  • Production begins only after approval by email.

  • Approval = permission to print as-is.

  • Changes after approval require a new quote and may require restarting production.

When the Turnaround Clock Starts

Production time begins when:

  • payment is received and

  • required files/details are provided and

  • proofs are approved by email and

  • required materials are in stock

File Requirements (Print-Ready)

Print-Ready files must be:

  • correct finished size (no bleed trimming means finished size must be exact)

  • high resolution (300 DPI recommended)

  • final spelling/content approved by the customer

Customer is responsible for spelling, sizing, and layout approval before production.

Pricing 

Business Cards (3.5" × 2")

Default: 93 lb matte white • square corners
Typical turnaround: 2-5 business days after proof approval
Specialty finishes, material delays, or humidity/curing may extend turnaround.

Print-Ready Pricing

  • 100 cards: $38

  • 250 cards: $75

  • 500 cards: $125

Upgrades (Add-Ons)

  • Glossy front (matte back): +$15 per 100 cards

  • Holographic overlay (front only): +$22 per 100 cards

  • Rounded corners: +$10 per 100 cards

Design/Setup Fees

  • Print-Ready setup fee: $10 per design (file check + settings + test print)

  • Basic Design Assist: $45 (includes 1 revision)

  • Additional revisions: $25 each

Door Hangers (4.25" × 11")

Default: 100 lb matte • square corners
Typical turnaround: 5–7 business days after proof approval (small batches)

Print-Ready Pricing

  • 25 hangers: $50

  • 50 hangers: $80

  • 100 hangers: $145

  • 250 hangers: $285

Upgrades (Add-Ons)

  • Holographic overlay (front only): +$0.75 each

  • Rounded corners: +$0.25 each

Design Assist

  • Basic Design Assist: $45 (includes 1 revision)

  • Additional revisions: $25 each

Table Signs (Customer Selects Size + Finish)

Sizes: 5"×7" or 8"×10"
Default finish: matte cardstock • square corners
Typical turnaround: 3–5 business days after proof approval

  • Rounded corners: +$3 each

Quantity discount (same design series):

  • 3–5 signs: 10% off

  • 6+ signs: 15% off

Service Payments & Refunds

Design/setup/service fees are non-refundable once work begins (file checks, layout, sizing, proof prep). Print production becomes non-refundable once proof is approved and production begins.

We are not responsible for errors approved in the proof.
