Policies + Production + Returns
What We Make (and Offer)
Semi-Cured Life creates handmade and small-batch items including coloring books, bookmarks, stickers and custom printing + design services. Because items are produced in small runs and finished by hand, minor variations can occur (color, trimming, coil/binding alignment, laminate edge, finish). These variations are normal and not considered defects.
Environment & Curing / Drying Notice (Humidity/Temperature)
Some products and finishes are affected by humidity and temperature. Drying, curing, and adhesion times may vary due to environmental conditions. We may extend production time when needed to ensure quality, durability, and safe packaging. Quality comes before speed, and we will not ship items that are not properly cured/dried.
Turnaround Times
Ready-to-ship items: typically ship within 2 business days
Made-to-order items: typically ship within 5 business days

Busy seasons, launches, supply delays, equipment maintenance, or quality control may extend turnaround. If we anticipate a meaningful delay, we’ll communicate it.
Business days = Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
No Rush Production (Quality-First Policy)
We do not offer rush production. Turnaround times are estimates and may extend due to:

curing/drying requirements (humidity/temperature)
-
supply availability and vendor delays
-
equipment maintenance or print quality controls
-
high-volume order periods
We do not substitute materials “just to meet a deadline.” If a specific material is required (example: a particular vinyl brand or paper stock), we will wait for it to arrive rather than risk poor adhesion, machine issues, or inconsistent quality. By ordering, you acknowledge that timelines are quality-dependent and may adjust when necessary.
Shipping
Shipping is calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
Carrier delays, weather, and mis-scans are outside our control. Once your package is scanned by the carrier, delivery timing is the carrier’s responsibility.
Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, reshipping is at the customer’s expense.

If tracking shows delivered to the address provided, we cannot replace/refund it.
Communication Policy (Important)
For order questions, approvals, and any changes, our official communication channel is email only:
Messages sent through Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or text are not accepted for:

order changes

design edits
-
approvals
-
address updates
-
deadlines
-
cancellations
If a request or change is not received by email, it is not considered received.
Cancellations & Order Changes
Because many items are made in small batches and production may begin quickly:

Cancellations are only possible if production has not started.

Once production has started, cancellations and changes are not guaranteed.
Deadline & Cancellation Note
If you have a fixed deadline, you must contact us before purchasing. Orders placed without prior deadline confirmation may not be canceled or refunded due to time constraints, production conditions, or shipping delays.
Returns / Exchanges / Refunds (Read Carefully)
All Sales Final (With Two Exceptions)
Due to the nature of printed and handmade products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

change of mind / buyer’s remorse

ordering the wrong item
- “I didn’t read the description”
-
minor variations in color/trim/finish (normal handmade variance)
The ONLY Exceptions
We will correct issues if:

Your item arrives damaged, or
-
You receive the wrong item (our mistake)
Damage/Wrong Item Claim Window
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
-
clear photos of the outer packaging
-
photos of the shipping label
-
photos of the damage/issue
Claims submitted without photos or after 48 hours may be denied.
Our Remedy (At Our Discretion)
If your claim is approved, we will provide one of the following:

a replacement (when possible), OR
-
store credit, OR
-
a refund (if replacement is not possible)
Original shipping costs are not refunded unless the error was ours.
Lost / Stolen Packages
If tracking shows Delivered, the package is considered delivered. We are not responsible for theft or mis-delivery after delivery confirmation.
If tracking shows In Transit for an extended period, contact us and we’ll assist with a carrier inquiry, but refunds are not guaranteed for carrier delays.

Single-sided pages on 32 lb bright white paper

Minor coil/trim alignment variation is normal

Use a blotter page for markers (bleed/ghosting depends on marker type)
Bookmarks / Stickers

Minor trim and color variation is normal in small-batch production
Intellectual Property
We do not reproduce copyrighted/trademarked characters, logos, or artwork without permission. Requests that violate IP rights may be declined and refunded if work has not begun.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to abusive behavior, suspected fraud, or policy violations. If canceled before production begins, you will be refunded.
